Personalised mental health care
PRESTO is a mental health app from the Bipolar and Depressive Disorders Unit at Hospital Clínic de Barcelona and IDIBAPS that brings personalised psychological treatment to primary care patients. A short assessment maps what is troubling you, from anxiety and sleep to relationships and healthy habits, and builds a treatment plan of modules, exercises and audiovisual materials created by the hospital’s clinical psychologists and psychiatrists. Fortnightly check-ins track your mood and goals, and the app flags urgent situations to the care team. We designed the UX and built the front end.
